    Who’s Figaro?

     

    Figaro is Jay Heinrichs, author of the bestselling Thank You for Arguing: What Aristotle, Lincoln and Homer Simpson Can Teach Us About the Art of Persuasion (Crown/Three Rivers Press, Penguin UK).
